WHY WE ARE BUILDING THIS
Good care is made of many small promises.
A pet-care team remembers the special meal, the anxious first night, the carefully chosen haircut and the owner waiting for an update. When those details stay scattered across notes and messages, the experience becomes harder for everyone.
TailPact is a practical attempt to connect that work. We are starting with boarding and grooming, with English and Chinese supported from the beginning. We build alongside pet-care teams, refining each workflow through practical use and feedback.
